Whats going on?

Stock Market;
This morning the indexes on the market are green and the market is rebounding. The volatility is wild.
The overall trend for the market is down. That hasn’t changed. We are looking for the bottom on the 4 hour chart. The Donald didn’t change the tariffs that he put on all the countries of the world.
So the 4 hour chart is down.
The 1 hour chart is down.
The talk is a recession is coming or we already are in a recession. What is the truth? The truth is that nobody really knows if we are in a recession until we are either in a recession or it has already passed.
Personal Economics;
Because I’m on a fixed income since I am retired. And with all the talk about eliminating Medicaid, Medicare and social security I am moving to eliminate any and all payouts and debt before I get caught in the reduction of coverage and pay that will happen if those programs are eliminated or blown up. As it is I can’t trust the present administration or I would not have to do this.
I’m thinking of starting a Utube channel and recording some videos. We’ll see what happens. Only time will tell.
